What to Expect During Your Virtual Session

Each participant must have their own reserved seat and purchased kit, since this is a hands-on blending session.

Kids are welcome and must be accompanied by parent. Infants and toddlers are not allowed.

Each guests pays $125. This is a public event.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: Guests must reserve & pay for a virtual seat in this class prior to arrival since this is a live, scheduled virtual experience and space is limited. **Verify your EMAIL CONFIRMATION to ensure you are registered correctly. ***Cancellation Policy stated below applies to this class and is strictly enforced. Because this is a live, kit-based experience that requires preparation and shipping logistics, we are unable to accommodate same-day registrations or last-minute bookings. We strongly recommend booking at least 7–10 business days in advance to allow time for kit preparation and delivery.
ARRIVAL TIME: NO LATE ARRIVALS! Guests arriving after 5 minutes of start time will not be allowed to enter the virtual session. **Late Arrivals: No credit/refunds for late arrivals.

What Are The Different Bases
- Liquid Matte Lipstick: Luxurious liquid formula glides on smoothly, delivering full-coverage. This base is not completely kiss-proof, but it has a matte finish without any of the drying side effects.
- Lip Polish: Non-sticky "balm-like" lip gloss. Similar to NYX butter lip gloss.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS. If you would like to cancel your reservation, we allow you to reschedule within 30 days of the original reservation date. If you are unable to reschedule, we will provide store credit - a gift card equivalent to the total amount paid of the original order.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our Cancellation/Refund Policy is non-negotiable. Due to the live, interactive nature of this virtual experience, all policies are enforced without exception. This is a scheduled Zoom session with a live Color Expert. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all participants, we ask that you log in on time. Participants will be placed in a virtual waiting room prior to the session. The waiting room will close 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. Guests who have not joined within that window will not be admitted, and payment will be forfeited. Please check your schedule and test your Zoom access in advance to ensure timely entry. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session to reschedule within 30 days of your original booking date. No refunds will be issued.
TECHNICAL OR EMERGENCY INTERRUPTIONS: Since this is a virtual experience, weather in Charlotte will not impact your session. However, in the event of a widespread power outage, severe internet disruption, or unforeseen emergency that prevents LNP from hosting the live session, we will reschedule the class at the earliest available date.
