Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. For damaged items, please send an email showing photos of items so a Return Authorization Number (RA#) can be generated. No returns will be accepted without a RA# issued.

Melted items does not qualify for a refund or exchange. Melting most often occurs when a package has been collected at the end of the day after it has been sitting in the sun or an outside mailbox for minutes and/hours depending on your location.

To prevent product melting:

1. Watch your tracking number closely. Arrange to have your package collected by someone as soon as it is deposited in your mailbox.

2. Have your package delivered to your workplace. Quite a few of our customers do this to ensure they can collect their package as soon as it is delivered. Most workplaces have air conditioning and indoor mail collection.

3. Have your package shipped to someone who is at home during the day.

4. Have your package shipped to a PO box within an air conditioned mailing facility.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS. If you would like to cancel your reservation, we allow you to reschedule within 30 days of the original reservation date. If you are unable to reschedule, we will provide store credit- a gift card equivalent to the total amount paid of the original order.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. Due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation Policy will be applied without exception. Being late is disruptive and frankly, extremely rude. Please check traffic and road conditions prior to your scheduled event in order to ensure timely arrival. If you are 5 minutes late to the class you will be refused entry and your payment will be forfeited. Please cancel 24 hours in advance if you’re unable to make it to your reservation.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a weather event requiring studio closure we will do our best to reschedule the event. If the studio must close due to weather restrictions, you will have the option to either move to the new event, a different event of your liking, or receive a store credit to be redeemed within 60 days.
