WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR MOBILE CUSTOM LIP EXPERIENCE
Bring the ultimate custom lip experience directly to you with our Lip N Pour Mobile Studio! Perfect for private events, our mobile service allows you and your friends to create your very own custom lip products in a fun and personalized setting.
Whether it's a birthday, bridal shower, or a girls’ night in, gather a group of up to 4 guests and let our experts guide you through the exciting process of blending your perfect shade, finish, and scent. Each guest will leave with a bespoke lip product, tailored to their style.

Price: $250 covers 2 guests, each making one lip product of their choice. Each additional guest is $125.

This is an appointment with one of our Color Experts at your desired location on our Mobile Studio. We do not go inside of venues or homes. The experience is taken place on the van.

We travel within a 30 mile radius surrounding Charlotte, NC 📍(Charlotte, Huntersville, Matthews, Indian Trail, Monroe, etc). Reservations are required.

We expect your experience to take 45-90 mins for 1 custom lip product.

What to Expect For Your Consultation

Discount codes are not allowed for our Mobile Studio experiences.

Kids (5+) are welcome and must be accompanied by parent. Infants and toddlers are not allowed. Due to limited space and comfort, parents are not allowed in the mobile studio during workshop.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: **Verify your EMAIL CONFIRMATION to ensure you are registered correctly. ***Cancellation Policy stated below applies to this class and is strictly enforced.
ARRIVAL TIME: NO LATE ARRIVALS! Guests arriving after 5 minutes of start time will not be allowed to enter the mobile studio. **Late Arrivals: No credit/refunds for late arrivals.
We require at least 48 hours notice of any changes. If you'd like to make a change within 48 hours, please contact us.
What Are The Different Bases

Creme Lipstick: Opulent, creamy, intensely-pigmented formula bathes lips with moisture. Similar to traditional lipstick tube.
- Matte Lipstick: Luxurious with a modern matte finish. Delivers saturated color, intense hydration and extended wear. Not smudge proof.
- Liquid Matte Lipstick: Luxurious liquid formula glides on smoothly, delivering full-coverage. This base is not completely kiss-proof, but it has a matte finish without any of the drying side effects.
- Lip Glace: High shine lip gloss.
- Lip Polish: Non-sticky "balm-like" lip gloss. Similar to NYX butter lip gloss.
**If you are unsure of the base you’d like to make, that’s ok. We go over the bases prior to starting the workshop.

Parking Policy for Lip N Pour Mobile Experiences
All experiences are hosted inside our signature pink mobile studio, which we prefer to park on your private property — ideally in your driveway or directly in front of your home. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we require a flat, level surface and cannot park on steep inclines.
Please Note:
It is the host’s responsibility to secure appropriate parking access, whether on private property or at a clubhouse, apartment complex, hotel, park, or public venue. Lip N Pour is not responsible for parking restrictions or denied access due to lack of prior approval. We strongly recommend confirming with your location management or HOA in advance if hosting outside of personal property.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS. If you would like to cancel your reservation, we allow you to reschedule within 30 days of the original reservation date. If you are unable to reschedule, we will provide store credit - a gift card equivalent to the total amount paid of the original order.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. Due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation Policy will be applied without exception. Being late is disruptive and frankly, extremely rude. Please check traffic and road conditions prior to your scheduled event in order to ensure timely arrival. If you are 5 minutes late to the class you will be refused entry and your payment will be forfeited. Please cancel 48 hours in advance if you’re unable to make it to your reservation.
WEATHER/MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION CANCELLATIONS: In the event of a weather event requiring studio closure or mechanical malfunction we will do our best to reschedule the event. If the mobile studio must close due to weather restrictions, you will have the option to either move to the new event, a different event of your liking, or receive a store credit to be redeemed within 60 days.
