What is the Beauty Vault?
The Beauty Vault is Lip N Pour’s exclusive membership that gives you VIP perks all year long — early access to drops, members-only offers, and surprise bonuses.
Does the membership include products every month?
Not this one! This membership focuses on access + perks, not monthly product delivery.
When do my perks activate?
Immediately! As soon as you join, you’ll receive your welcome email with details on how to access your perks.
How do I access my member perks?
Once you join, you will: 
*Receive a welcome email 
*Gain access to member-only emails 
*Get early-access links before anyone else 
*Unlock exclusive offers automatically at checkout (when applicable)
Do I get charged immediately when I join?
Yes! Your membership activates instantly when you sign up. Monthly plans bill monthly; annual plans are billed once per year.
Are there limits to the perks I can use?
Nope! As long as your membership is active, you can use your perks on every qualifying order.
Do I need an account to access my perks?
Yes — you’ll create a simple LNP account so the system recognizes you as a member and unlocks your benefits automatically.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Monthly: Yes, cancel anytime. No penalties. 
Annual: You can cancel future renewals, but the current year is non-refundable.
What happens if I cancel?
Your perks remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your VIP access will be locked.
Do I need a membership to shop on the website?
Nope! You can shop as usual — but you won’t get the VIP perks, early access, or exclusive offers members receive.
What if I change my email after signing up?
Just reach out to support (hello@lipnpour.com) and we’ll update your membership profile so you don’t miss any perks.
Are my perks valid on experiences and mobile bookings?
Yes — members will often get priority access to select experience dates and special member-only announcements for events.
Will my discount automatically apply at checkout?
Yes — if a perk includes special member pricing or early access, your discount will auto-apply when you're logged in.
Can I switch between monthly and annual membership?
Yes — you can upgrade to the annual plan at any time. Monthly members can switch to annual for bigger savings.
Can I stack my membership perks with other discounts?
Most vault perks will override all other discounts, so you’re always getting the best deal. If stacking is ever allowed, we’ll clearly state it.
