How it works

  1. Book your seat

    Pick your date and time, and book a seat for every guest in your crew.

  2. Sip and meet your Color Expert

    Settle in with your complimentary glass of wine while we talk skin tone, finish and the look you want.

  3. Blend your shade

    Choose up to 3 pigments. Your Color Expert makes samples on your lips until you say "that's the one."

  4. Make it yours

    Add shimmer and scent, give it a name, and take your custom lip product home. Your shade can be reordered anytime.

This was an awesome experience! I was reluctant but my sister said just try it and I did and now I can't wait to do it again and this time make me some "Cherries n the Snow" lipstick to go with lip gloss. The host/owner/creator/black goddess was phenomenal. Keep up the good work and educating us.

I visited Charlotte NC with my Mother from Va. and this (LIP N' POUR) was the highlight of our weekend. The space is so beautiful. And the owner, breathtaking. I enjoyed mixing the colors to make my perfect shade. I cant wait to return. I wish there were more locations!!! Prayers up!!!!

FAQ

Do I need to know my shade before I come?
Not at all. Your Color Expert helps you find it. That's the fun part!
Which finishes can I choose?
Creme Lipstick: creamy, richly pigmented, like a traditional lipstick.
Matte Lipstick: modern matte finish with saturated color and hydration (not smudge-proof).
Liquid Matte: smooth, full-coverage matte without the dry feel (not fully kiss-proof).
Lip Glace: high-shine gloss.
Lip Polish: non-sticky, balm-like gloss.

How many guests can come?
Up to 6 guests per session, and every guest books their own seat. Planning a private group of 7–11? Email hello@lipnpour.com and we'll set it up.
Can I bring kids?
Kids 8+ are welcome with a parent. Infants and toddlers can't join, and there are no observers. Every person in the session needs a paid seat.

Policies

Booking
Every guest must book and pay for a seat before arriving. We can't register guests at the door. Check your email confirmation to make sure you're registered correctly.
Arrival time
Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 5 minutes after the start time can't enter the studio, and late arrivals don't receive a credit or refund. Check traffic before you head out.
Cancellations and changes
All bookings are non-refundable. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or change. You can reschedule within 30 days of your original date; if you can't reschedule, we'll issue store credit (a gift card for the amount paid). Need a change within 24 hours? Contact us.
Weather
If weather closes the studio, you can move to the new date, choose a different event, or receive store credit to use within 60 days. Leave a voice or text message at (980) 292-1002 and we'll respond during office hours.
